In front of the exit (leave the last column open, put a row of three. Now when they approach from one direction, place a gun to block that side of the path. They will turn and head all the way back around. When they get to the other side, pause, sell the gun and place on the other side to block. Repeat as necessary. Now all you need to do is upgrade appropriately to some teslas and max missiles.
