Racer wise, I've enjoyed Cro-Mag, Ferrari, Thunder but have found that I get bored of them quickly. This for some reason just keeps making me come back again and again. Being a Nintendo fan and owning both the previous wave race games makes me just love this. The only thing missing from this (compared to them) is different wave strengths. It's a seriously fun game and love having time trial laps and comparing to online leaderboards - I think once I've completed the game, that will keep me coming back again (like Mario Kart does). I highly recommend this game but don't expect some ultra fast Need for Speed graphics wizzing by.

I just gave the lite version a run through, and i've got to say that it's pretty awesome and the graphics are definitely at PSP level. It's truly remarkable and is great to show friends (i love the waves and everything is in brilliant 3D). The game play is really responsive, ergonomical and fun, and that was only in the lite version :) I'm definitely purchasing the full version.

@Spiffyone,

That's cool, I'm 35 and have been playing video games all my life. I accept your comments and you make some valid points but I still feel the games that you have to constantly move your phone to control your movements are annoying and very conspicuous. I like games like "bike or Die 2" "black mamba" "Slotz racer" these are very simple yet changeling.

I absolutely disagree with you. Accelerometer controls are the preferred control method for racers on this platform. Yes, I know that there are "touch/swipe only" advocates, but, honestly...you're in the minority when it comes to racers on iTouch/Phone. I do feel that there should be a "touch steering" option in all racers on this platform to placate those of you who don't "get" motion sensing, but I'd rather not have "touch only". And the only way motion sensing steering is "nauseating" is if there's no screen tilt option (so the screen tilts to always be level to the player when the device is tilted) or if you're a complete spaz who moves the device around way too much. Remember: very slight movements are all that is necessary.

@t: lite versions are always a balancing act for developers because you want to give enough of a taste for the full version without giving away too much. In Aqua Moto's case, may be what SalsaMD suggests makes sense--include a difficult level so people understand how challenging the game can be.

yeah, its not about reading the app store description...its about being unimpressed with the lite version.
to be able to whiz through it in 5 minutes isnt compelling me to purchase it.
there should be at least a little replay value in a light version....im not left wanting more...

I agree, the full version is a lot more challenging. Not sure why people don't read the App store description. Again, the lite version ONLY has an EASY level. From the response here though, perhaps the developer should have included difficulty levels in the lite version as well as some users appears to have sunk into a complacent ennui after playing the lite version...
