Great concept and great graphics. My only gripe is that easy level is not easy. Too much stuff comes at you and it is infact quite hard. Easy should be more or less a walk in the park and allow you to clear stuff - with a challenge but not too much. When I grabbed the lite version in anticipation, I thought the easy on that was made purposely hard because it was just the one level. Having bought the full version, I was shocked to see that the easy level is just as difficult. I can only imagine what medium and hard are like. Please make easy a bit more easy.

Wow, this game is an absolute steal at $0.99, considering it takes, what 50 cents to play just one game like this in an arcade machine. It has good, clear graphics, appropriate sound effects, and smooth, responsive controls. Been playing since yesterday and even though it has only 4 levels, I can see myself playing this for a while. Even the easy levels are pretty challenging! At the moment I'm stuck in the 2nd stage at medium setting which means the hard levels must be very challenging. This is a must in every gamer's iPod Touch/iPhone.

Agreed - the accelerometer controls are great. Just bought the full version after weeks of playing the lite. It's really great, and for .99 you can't go wrong.

I tried only lite version but the choice of "life" instead of "one hit one kill" scheme of usual shooter and making overall difficulty a lot easier (low speed etc) making this game much more playable.

I too think almost traditional shooters suck just because control is terrible no matter how you implement compare to real D-pad. Response is too slow. I guess this is more like hardware limitation of current touch screen rather than programming issue. For this, just "porting" D-pad extensive games won't work. So I think iFighter well thought about this issue and current implementation is one of the compromises which works very nice. The D-pad potion still sucks so I played accel but it's surprisingly playable.

Completely agree this game is awesome with the accelerometer controls. I think that the lite version is properly one of the game I have played the most. So happy this game is finally out.

I second the tilt controls. Really spot on. I'm usually staying clear of them in favour of a virtual joypad of some sort, but here the tilt really complements the flying very well indeed. It has bugged me with other games how when you go to tilt, the sprite/plane etc would react just a fraction afterwards, and that delay meant the end of a life usually (ExZeus comes to mind). Also, the graphics are really clean leaving room for lots of calculated game play, not just a mad random 'fire and hope it hits' affair (again, ExZeus comes to mind).

I'm with you on the i- thing being played out. I've also noticed that the iPhone games have some of the worst names I've ever seen. I mean you spent hundreds of hours of work making a great game with lovingly detailed graphics, and then you give it a name like "iDracula?" Really?
