King Says:

I just got the game it is really not that fun, very boaring don't buy it trust me. It feels like an old 90s first person shooter.

Come on King why did you buy it look at how much space it takes and then according to that buy it. The more MB the better and more graphical the game is

Dual analog is a real problem on the iPhone... but ONLY in the sense that it has a longer learning curve that you expect for a game's interface. It's frustrating at first, but, to my amazement, works OK when you're used to it. It finally clicked for me with 7 Days and Dark Hill. (It's still not ideal, and if/when I release a shooter I have plans other than D-pads.)

I haven't tried this game yet, but I plan to--speaking as a Prey fan, a shooter fan, and someone who just spent twice this on a salad which I dropped in the elevator :o

And re MB size... I'm amazed how small some games are. 3D games are often more efficient than 2D (fewer bitmaps needed I suppose: able to show every view/action of a character with only one texture on a mesh).

Anyone saying dual analog does not work, try iFPS lite, with it´s free positioning joysticks, and sensivity adjustment. Feels natural to control...it´s the way to go.

Regarding Prey, IGN seems to like it http://wireless.ign.com/articles/992/992269p1.html

Johnny Says:

'size is not a way to judge a game. thats just stupid (check zenonia)

in other words, the game seems repetitive and the controls dont look so good

not for me'

Thats because zenonia is a 2d application. Whereas prey is a 3d application which takes up more space. Size is a way to judge game. Look at real racing and x2 football and need for speed for that matter. Games which has a large size tends to be more graphical.

Space Trader did FP right, just no S. But shooting could just be a tap of either touch control. I think FPS are better suited for the iPhone than the PSP. The DS had better control than the PSP.

Dual analogue control works excellent on the iPhone just check out Wolfenstein works great.

I got really disappointed when they announced PsP Go and only had one analogue stick, need two to play FPS and TPS. Using the XO... buttons to simulate right analogue stick doesn't cut it.

It's funny, the best on screen controls I've used so far are from X2 Football 09 followed a close second by Terminator Salvation.

This dual analog doesn't make a lick of sense on such a small screen. Hell even the PSP forego the option for reasons.
