There's still an element of skill when it comes to being adept at scanning the environment as quickly as possible and picking out the target "Where's Waldo"-style, and then of course being able to aim very quickly with the accelerometer. Plus the fact that you want to be aiming mostly for headshots makes it that little bit harder...
