When you say "Only unique, original creations can participate in competition", does that mean we can't use images from your game either?
In my personal opinion, the best thing about PSP is being able to play FFVII, FFVIII, MGS, RE1/2/3 and Castlevania Sympony of the Night on the move.
I can't cause I'm not buying any PSP Minis ;) Apparently the update went live in December but went largely unnoticed since it's optional.
I haven't turned it on in a couple of days so I only noticed it today. It's an optional update so you have to do it manually.

So the new system update for the PS3 includes an emulator, allowing you to play any of the PSP Minis on the console... am I the only one wondering...
