Rank-wise, that should be fourth. The 2 second placers will be ranked 2.5 each. So the ranking sequence becomes 1, 2.5, 2.5, 4.5, 4.5, 6, 7... And...
That's coz drain skills are better when they are a first skill. You want them active asap to prevent enemies from unleashing level 2 or 3 skills...
