Hello everyone, I'm observing pretty blatant behavior of App Store developer called Dworld Services for quite a long time. And since I don't have any senior contacts in Apple, I decided to register here at TA to let you guys know (and hopefuly find a help to contact Apple regarding this issue). What Dworld Services is doing is posting fake reviews (and ratings) for their own apps. They have popular apps, mostly in Utilities category, such as A Hands Heater, Phone Tracker: locate any mobile phone !, Mirror ! and many others. Besides these are all, let's say "bad" applications, all of the written comments with five or four star ratings have noticeably same structure (text is divided into several lines instead of normal continual sentences) and when you click the nick of reviewer, you will see that only this one app has been rated and commented so far. No apps from the others. I can see it normal for couple of cases, but so many customers (or better say such a huge percentage of comments) have bought and commented just the app from Dworld Services? Come on! And same thing can be seen also in App Stores for other countries, for example in France. Same thing with Dworld Services and their apps. Very good five or four star comments for them with no other apps commented by these users. They are obviously able to write comments in other languages - their official website is available in multiple languages and therefore I guess it's not a problem for them to write comments in these languages too. Another blatant behavior is that they are submiting completely the same apps into several categories! For example, there is app called "A Hands Heater" available for purchase in Utilities section, but there is also app called "A Hands Heater " in Entertainment (with fake reviews, of course). Yes, the only difference is the smile mark in the name of application. The app itself is completely the same. Another examples: "Phone Tracker: locate any mobile phone" in Entertainment, and "Phone Tracker: locate any mobile phone !" in Utilities. Only difference is the exclamation mark. Another is app called "a Genius will Guess !" and "a Genius will guess !!" and so on. I think this developer should not be doing such a things. Is there someone with contacts in Apple that could solve this issue or anyone willing to help me make an App Store a better place?
