      You may laugh but my favorite RPG of all time is Pool of Radiance for NES. I was wondering if there are any game already released or in development like it.

      I think I played that game a long time ago on the computer. You might be hard pressed to find decent old-school WRPGs on the App Store, unfortunately. I haven't seen that many myself... well, not ones that I wanted.

      I really miss the old gold box games but I can't find anyone making games like them anymore. You would think that there is a market for it.

      Undercroft (it's free!) and The Quest series are both similar to those gold box games. :)
