Very cool!! I may have missed this, but has jumping also been added in as well? It's not a huge deal, but it would be a welcomed addition nonetheless. Great work guys!!!
Exactly. But as a stickler for historical accuracy (most of the time) can Aralon please not have the same machine rolled hay-bales as seen on the farm in Ravensword? That bugged me.
Of course there was no smoking in medieval Europe, no tomatoes, etc -- basically anything that came originaly from the new world. But those are accidents of geography: there was plenty of smoking in the 10th century, just not in Europe. I see clocks as different because even though there were clocks of different sorts around (water clocks, sundials), medieval culture was not structured around measured time. In other words, there was no need of clocks, which is why the few that were around were seen as curiosities by popes and kings. It's really not a big deal: I just (mis)spent a lot of my youth building worlds for AD&D games, and I was nerdy enough to do research into medieval culture to get things "right."
i got it now, i copied the link address btw Josh, you've mentioned that you are gonna release Aralon on PC/Mac later on, are you considering the Mac version of the App store?
yeah - I don't see why not. Those could come out all at the same time I think, unless there are exclusivity issues.
Is there sex in this game? I just got done watching alot of RPGs and God of War videos... (No pervert/rape intentions)
