Woah... You can also break into houses ... Is it a skill where you unlock more ways to break into houses, or you can go in any house and just break into it? Also... Is this going to be on the iPod Touch 2g by any chance..?
Well I think all the locked chests have people near them, and they will see you. The only way to not let them see you is by killing them which will also make you become an outlaw, it's a win-win situation
you asked again after bout 2 months and you got an answer back then strange wonders if you could wear a top hat
You should have a lore contest open to the public, to make the game world even richer... people could submit books, location backgrounds, etc., and make a really deep history for the game. or is there already one?
Galoobeth can comment further on the lore, history, etc. You got a glimpse of it during gameplay, but I'm sure that there's plenty in the background.
haha of course itll be more difficult now, what with the tantalizing new hardware at your fingertips... I assume you'll have toggle-able graphics options?
Josh and company are working on a new intro sequence to help set up the backstory at the beginning of the game! There is the library and support for reading scrolls/books in game. You can even receive a quest from some of them. Some of the lore is backstory, some is "just for fun". It's mostly a matter of how much we can work into the game before release. Maybe a contest is a good idea. I feel that the story and world building is a really important aspect of RPG's, so I really want to have that feeling of discovering a new world with a rich history.
so glad you agree! without deep, deep lore and story undercurrents, the world will feel much less alive, even with "deers"
that is sweet news - some of my favourite moments in Morrowind or Deus Ex were just reading irrelevant books or newspapers. lol - completely forgot I had asked before A character with a Top Hat would be sweet
