Hi guys, finally we did it! Escape from LaVille will be out in a few days! Here the new HD trailer! Let us know what you think!
I like the graphics, and I was really excited when you told about your game. But after watching this trailer, I'm disappointed. I was expecting something more similar to 1112 or The Train (nice storyline, great graphics, and interesting locations), now I can see that your game is more similar to Lechuza, or Secret of Grisly Manor ("I'm in the old house, and I want to do something really boring (get out, or discover a predictable and not very original secret). There are so many rooms, with a lot of senseless items and puzzles. Why the heck, someone but a lock on a fireplace? Or why every chest in this house is locked with some strange puzzle-oriented lock?"). This "type" of adventure games is just a bunch of different puzzles placed in a strange places, and order. And the story is just to link them together. Cheers GamerAdi!
@Pepper2427 Thank you very much! We are glad to know it!!! @GamerAdi We're so sorry about your disappointment but we love this kind of games! We found very strange the matching of the two games you liked: We're agree that 1112 is a great game but about The Train we are definitely not agree. You said: "nice storyline, great graphics, and interesting locations". The art of The Train is really amateur and the storyline…well…no comment. We're glad our game is different from that! By the way, you said: "Why the heck, someone put a lock on a fireplace?" well, we can answer you: "in this mansion nothing is what it seems". Anyway thank you so much for your feedback, it is important for us. Kind regards, Destiny Glove Studio
@destinyglove Sorry dude, but your're wrong. Just go and read any review on 148apps or TouchMyApps - they all said that the graphics and storyline is great in The Train. @PnExT You should know that Escape from LaVille is also made with GameSalad.
I quite enjoyed The Train. It used some features on the iPhone very well. I do like games that don't stress me out with precision timing and countdowns. I like more cerebral challenges and figuring things out. Hope this is what we get with this
@Pepper2427 Escape from LaVille is pretty cerebral game. You'll need to solve enigmas, puzzles, find items to keep on the investigation; there are no timers or countdowns The difficulty will depends on how the players will be able to think outside the box.
