Just a heads up for others. I don't believe there is promo code for IAP. I would enter contests for fun and the challenge of it, not necessarily for the prize since my time is worth more than the iPad2.
Your high score is submitted without the IAP, but you wont be able to reach 25k score with just the first 10 levels.

interesting game. I usually always enter these competitions so i made the plunge and Im having fun! right now, my high score is 15100 on hard arcade. but someone on the global high scores has 23500!!! however, they might not be in the US so I still have some time to improve and get my score up. will be playing all day tomorrow after school (which happens to be the last day of school for me )
The contest has been paused due to manipulated scores beeing submitted to the global high score list. The global High score list has currently been frozen. sadly, this is the case with all score based contests on iOS, they're a joke, on those that participate and those that sponsor. i don't even bother. don't know why devs keep bringing them up.
I have the current high score of 23.6k. It's legit. Plus I'm playing with an ipad 2 so there's no way I could possibly manipulate the score. (since the iPad 2 can't be jailbroken)
Your score is not the one in question, tap on some of the other high scores on the list to see detailed statistics. A 20k+ score with just 10 levels and a couple of items is not possible without tampering. I have changed the username of the manipulated scores to "Void"
It can be jailbroken and very easily too. Show me a video of you getting anywhere near that score and then we'll talk. As for the contest, I'll advice the devs to cancel this contest. There are hackers who can easily hack game scores and will win the prize unfairly. I have banned more than 2 dozen fake accounts of those hackers on TA in last month alone. Make a youtube video of the score mandatory otherwise you'll end up giving away the prize to some cheater.
Instead of doing contests like these, I'd make it one of those "review the game, post here for a chance to win" type contest. Thanks to the dev for trying to resolve this. Wouldn't want another hacker to win.
I believe the "Shoot a Video while playing" idea is much better. It worked in MilkDrinkingCow contest
I think asking people to review an app is against Apple policy. It just doesn't seem practical to ask players to mount a video camera every time they want to play the game. I will attempt another go at the current contest. I am implementing several security features in the next version such as encryption and SSL.
The security release 1.0.1 has been released, and the contest has resumed. However due to Apple policy I can no longer offer the iPad 2 as a prize. The prize has been changed to the new Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 The win conditions have also changed. Instead of the first player to get a 25k score, the winner will be the player that has the highest score at contest end.
