Bioshock 3D may be released?

    Hey Motitas where you been? Also I'm sure it will be able to run fine with reduced quality but only on iphone 3gs/ipod touch 3g I think.

    i loved bioshock 1 so much and i got the special edition bioshock 2 and loved that one just as much. ahveing beaten both i am now playing the multiplayre cause i just cant get enough of rapture! i have been hoping for a bioshock on the iphone for a long time, but i do agree that it has to be done right. i dont want some crap game. i think there is anough buzz for them to do it but not any time soon.

    Hey motitas,

    please notice that Bioshock is based on the Doom III Enginge, it's a generation newer than the U3 engine, and so much more in use of an CPU/GPU.

    Yes it's entirely possible. John Carmack noted when he developed Doom Resurrection for the iPhone that iD (his studio) was able to utilize a lot of the assets from Doom 3 with surprising visual fidelity. And this was on a first-gen iPhone, to boot. I'd imagine that it's entirely feasible with an iPhone 3GS.
