I've been ignoring it almost completely, the main reason being I thought Across Age looked better in the pre-release screens/videos, so I figured I'd just wait for that. But... I'm seeing a lot of praise for Inotia 2 which I didn't expect (can you blame me after the first game?) so maybe there's room on my iPod for both. I'm in need of convincing, either for or against the purchase, cause it's starting to bug me and I'm getting itchy trigger fingers.
Well for $8 you could buy a meatball sub and a peanut butter cookie from Subway. I guess you have to ask yourself if you prefer meatball sandwiches or RPG's more!
Well, the meatball sub is actually part of the "5 dollar footlong" group, isn't it? If that's the case, you could get the sandwich, drink, chips, and 3 cookies for $8.
I actually spent the equivalent of $16 on an Indian takeaway last night so I'm gonna lay off eating out for a while and go the cheap route. To be honest I was kinda hoping to get some pros and cons on the game (maybe a rough comparison to Across Age - yes I know it's not out yet) rather than a list of other things I can buy for $8
Sorry. Didn't get it, and I'll probably stick with Ravensword for my RPG fix...I'm not the biggest RPG guy.
You could buy like two gallons of gas and drive your car off a bridge, or you could get a pretty decent RPG.
The game's weaknesses: - No autosave - Way too little active skills; you get one every 10 levels, and there's a total of 3... Otherwise the game is finely made. There are a bit more soundtracks than the other RPGs, the graphics are better, it's longer, maps are bigger, etc.
Mmmmm Indian food.... lallalallalala (Homer Simpson noise) Might get flamed on this one, but I don't really like Inotia 2's controls.... The virtual pad is not accurate for me, does not register the right direction and I just cant get used to the swipe/point controls. I know i'm a minority here, but that's my honest take. I'm also enjoying Seed from Chillingo more than Inotia. It's $5 cheaper and has a better story imo, and pulled me into the game more and kept me playing.
