The link to the below app (shortened for mobile devices) is essentially a deal and flyer locator. http://goo.gl/vNH214 It finds your location using your phone/tablet and identifies any retailers (US/Canada only atm) in the area that have any promotional flyers. Currently there are a number of electronics retailers available to view such as Best Buy, Target, Futureshop, Tiger Direct. It's pretty cool and looks to be expanding the number of retailers accessible as time goes on.
