The game was working for me, just really slow going solo and no possibility of pets that way practically. So i hope some of the tweaks address that. Still lots of fun though. I love getting new content, whether it's free or not!

Maybe we all get a free low level pet, or possibly a extremely high level pet that only lasts for a certain amount of playtime.

What benefit do the pets provide other than companionship?

I don't think arbitrary exceptions to their approval policy would do Apple any good :)

    Qualified companionship.

There are no high or low level familiars. They all begin at level 1, and level on their own. And they are all of reasonably similar power. See the link above.

Also, they did use the phrase "Think of the coolest thing and then multiply it by 12...", which makes me think it is something along the lines of the inclusion of the Jester or the Summoner, a free familiar with no limitations, a new map (or several), the Arena DLC for free once it arrives, or just the (unlikely) fact that the patch includes the Arena, but for purchase.

We've rebalanced the game in a ton of ways as well as reduced item requirements! We're listening to you guys :)!

They all have different abilities, for example the fairy constantly heals your character.

I would love to have the Summoner class added in this patch. Might be wishful thinking, but when he said a surprise that was my first thought of what I want.

I still have my hopes for the eventual inclusion of a group-buffin', swashbucklin' bard, but I do that for just about every class-based game ever made, probably including those set in Wild West, Sci-Fi and WWII settings ;)

From what I heard, the Jester is closer to actually being a tangible concept (almost confirmed by Trendy Entertainment, that sorta thing ;) ), but I would be very happy with either one!

maybe the jester would have a story like you found him scared in a corner in a house in a place after you beat the game then you unlock him

LOL you think? Just wait a bit, theyve already got it patched up and resubmitted to Apple. Patience will net you a game worth 15 times what you spent if not more. :)

29 hours and 15 minutes. What's a trip halfway around the world and a few thousands of dollars when yer waiting for a game like this?

I thought they were in Gainesville, Florida. I might have some iOS dev companies mixed up...
