I know you said you wanted to get it on the XBOX 360, but you can import your character from the iOS to the PC version! Hey Trendy, will this also be available for MAC? (via Steam or Mac App store?)
We couldn't, its a memory issue on the devices. Trust me, we would have loved to have it there. There may be a way to get it into the build phase; we're discussing this now.
So can I only attack enemies that are targeted with the red cross hairs? Also, my aoe ability does not seem to attack multiple enemies...
That's okay, I'll play it on my PC instead. Just wanted to know if my Mac friends could play it. There's always Boot Camp
Same experience I had. First 30 mins of the game you are constantly hit with graphics, UI, and gameplay issues that don't make sense. The chest thing was a real killer. You play wave and are ready for your reward and it spits out some shiny stuff on the floor that you can't figure out any way to pick up.
Question about multiplayer, can you only play with people you are friends with on game center or can you just find random games and meet new people?
Well I'm done for now, I may(will) try later but the tutorial is just frustrating. Far too much information at once on the screen.
This game NEEDS an option to revert it back into english lingo. The german translation is literally giving me the creeps, i can“t even play through the tutorial this way. Please fix this in an update.
Yep, I too find the targeting and lack of information to be cumbersome. Only after a few waves did I realize that those shiny diamond-like things restored mana, and can only be collected once you have less than 100% mana. Then, there's the targeting. I think they have to work on that a little more. In terms of UI, I find it strange how the UI seems to lag a lot. I mean it doesn't lag much during the match itself (and I'm using a 3GS), but opening the inventory and stats destroys the tempo due to the slowdown. Other than that, I'm actually enjoying Dungeon Defenders. It's a unique genre which blends different elements nicely. I look forward to future patches though.
I agree that the tutorial and the camera make things a little difficult, but it's not a game breaker for me. The tutorial only lasts 5-10 minutes, and then you're off to the rest of this awesome game Multiplayer does crash often, but I'll bet GC is getting hammered right now, with NOVA 2 and other popular games that were just released.
