I don't know, but it's strange, because with other games updates got approved much faster than this! (Bug Heroes for example, it was less than a week)

I always was pretty pessimistic with the update, because it includes GameSpy, which I'm not sure if Apple allows

I had the exact same thought, maybe Gamespy is a problem...

can someone at TrendyEnt comment on this? There must be some kind of feedback a developer can get from Apple.

Gamespy or not, I bet everyone is on vacation for the 3 day weekend. I am just so annoyed android users get this update before us and we had the game first! All our initial game data and bugs used for droids. I hate apples approval process excuses. Apple is rotten to the core!

Hey guys! Android users only get it first, because there's no approval process on the android market place. As soon as Apple approves the patch, it'll go live :).

Are you certain Apple will approve? There seems to be some misgivings about the inclusion of GameSpy, and whether that is in accordance with the app submission guidelines...

    Idk
Been playing this game for a while now. I really like the multiplayer in the game. Very fun to play, one of my favorite games right now.

I was wondering, my huntress has a level 10 bow and it his around 490 and shoots pretty fast, is that good?

Also, what is the best way to get good weapons?

I really need to beat some of the maps on insane still, but I can never find enough guys who are capable to take them on. Heck I can't even beat Wizardry on insane :(. Always lose at wave 6... and all of my guys are at 60 already. I hate to imagine this will get harder.

im really really mad with the developper to the point im reconsidering my purchase for the PC. They told us the update would come quick... wich isnt true, weve been waiting a while.

The game itself is great if you ask me. But barely playable on a 3gs.

they just submitted it last weekend.. Plus they can't control how long it takes Apple to approve, or deny it. And I bet that new matchmaking thing is what's holding it up.

Agreed. Though it would be nice to receive an answer directly from Trendy Ent regarding this issue:

Considering that GameSpy is a make or break deal, and one that is easy to predict, it would be nice to know they made sure it would be allowed before submitting the patch.

[UPDATE] iOS approval usually takes about 2 weeks. Expect the first iOS patch to be approved by the end of this new week. Thanks everyone!

Don't be such a drama queen. They promised a patch around New Year's and submitted it on January 8, which is fair enough in my book. It's Apple's fault for the continued delay.
