Only got to play 3 games so far, score is 600 on normal. It's really fun and relaxing so far I like it. I'll write more later, work time! =]
On first try, amazing man, I played more than 10 hours now and got 600 points max, doing something wrong I geus.
645 in first run! Great Game and Great Logo! Only issue: Phone is muted, but the game plays all the sounds! I love the undo-button!
Looks interesting and big fan of the art/design! Total Tetris fanatic from the original Tetris in the gameboy!!
This game is solid. The risk/reward of needing to make boxes further from the center for a higher score makes for super challenging gameplay. The visuals are slick. Just a great game all around. I hope Apple notices this and features it.
Wow, thanks for the nice comments guys, I'm really glad people are discovering & liking the game! Feel free to share any strategies you come up with, or anything else, I love to hear how people play the game in different ways By the way, @Jerutix's comments made me remember, you already know this but no harm in reminding I believe: I avoided putting "rate us" banners etc. in the game to provide a sleeker experience, but there's a reason why developers do it. Every nice review and positive score on App Store increases our chance in visibility and getting an Apple feature. This might mean success, which means we can work on more games that we believe in (I have been making games for 6 years and that's how I want to continue) So, showing your kindness and rating the game in App Store really matters. By the way, do you guys have any ideas about what kind of achievements would be cool? I'm checking the technical side of things, if it works without a problem, I can add them in the next update hopefully.
Ah, weird. I couldn't reproduce it but I will find different phones & try it to see if I can stumble on it. Hahaha don't we all? But then it would be too easy
I did rate it, but for some reason iTunes won't let me leave reviews (weird personal problem I've been having for months). On the achievements front, I think some low point, gimme achievements are nice to ease people in. So like, make the tiny box, make the next size box, etc. Score a certain number of points is always good. Make N tiny boxes total. Make N tiny boxes in one game. Complete N boxes in one move (which, I also feel like, should have a score multiplier, but whatever - essentially cascading matches). Play N games. Ummm, maybe an achievement for that thing where you switch the way an L piece is pointed (play it without actually playing it - needs a term).
Just got a score of 819, wow this game is truly getting to me, to be honest I thought I play this game one or two days and then go on with my life, but now I am playing 5 days straight for almost 15 hours now. Wow, new highscore of 1629 points, I am now number 3 on the Leaderboard, so exciting this game.
Would love to watch a video of someone getting a score over a 1000 so I can try and pick up some tricks or see how I could change my play already, can only get around 700 because when the pieces move in they seem to move in all sloppy I don't fully understand it
@Jerutix, great ideas, also thanks for rating the game! @esty8nine, my advice would be to keep playing (and having fun) until a video comes around. The more you play, the more you develop an insight, some kind of feel on how game behaves, I think that helps. @ROGER-NL, Aha, I said you would pass 1000 in a short time @cadaei, thank you very much, I'm really glad you liked it!
@vectorarchitekt glad you like it! ------ Today I learned that there is a new iOS9 feature that enables you record your phone/tablet screen while playing a game, named "replaykit", I'm looking if I can integrate that. It would be great to share gameplay moments easily. Obviously this is from a desktop computer, from the development build, but anyway, here is a piece of a bit sloppy game I played recently:
