    Flaws

I only looked through a couple pages and I'm definitely not going to be looking through 510 of them, but these are my problems with Eliminate which I am sure have been stated 100000000 times anyway.

    1. Obviously, the energy thing is just ridiculous. I know it's free and all, but this is crazy. I like the suggestion someone made of a full recharge being around 4 hours. Also, the purchasable energy packs should be made so that even the $1 dollar pack should last you at least an hour of energized games. These days, $1 can get you practically any of the other games on the app store, apart from extremely polished or licensed stuff.

    2. What happened to the touch anywhere left or right controls announced back when it was still LiveFire? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-XLoTavJcJQ&feature=related i honestly can not think of a reason why they would get rid of that and give us these awful joysticks that we currently have.

On the other hand, there are still many things that I like about the game. After getting used to the terrible controls, the game is still as fun as I thought it would be, and I appreciate the fact that I can jump into a game within seconds. The issues addressed in this corny speech seem rather minor and easy to resolve, so I hope to see them fixed soon. Thanks in advance :)

Just bought 10$ pack of energy. This game is amazing and very addictive, I've been playing for 2 days and I'm already level 8

First, yes you are wrong. You dont have to pay any money to get 100 hours of eliminate in you can play as long as you want without buying anything.
Secondly, why are you comparing this to call of duty or halo or gears of war? have you seen what you are holding in your hand when you play this game? its not a gaming console its a frickin iPod or your cell phone!!! People go crazy over this kind of stuff wtf. I dont think ngmoco thought people would be on this game 24 hours a day. Its supposed to be just like all the other games... pick up and play anywhere not play forever.

    learn maths...

waiting for credit.. 1 game per 4 hours..
    6 games a day..

    paying for credit..
    975 credit for 30 USD
975 credit / 4 credits per game = 243 games which means .. 40.5 days worth of energy

Option 1.. pay 30 USD for a 40.5 days head start
Option 2.. play every day for 40.5 days to get to the same spot..

he is comparing it to those games because this will end up costing you 10 times mroe than those games. Prolly enough to get an xbox, xbox live for a month, and a game of your choice. I agree with him partially. The energy thing would've been fine if the energy recharge period wasnt 4 hours.

when i said 100 hours i meant 100 hours of leveling, not playing against people for rank which in its self alright i mean its fun but think of it this way. If you played World of Warcraft it would be like being able to pvp as much as you want but you could only try leveling up for one hour a day, lets say 8 oclock. At first your like no problem but by like 30 its going to be slow going. If the main cool thing about a game like eliminate is the customization it can give when would you truncate that by limiting when you can actually adapt your character to almost never. Again no adaptation No improvement and you still get owned by the tank with the vaporizer

I understand that but what I am saying is you have to pay for xbox live to play the game online... you dont have to pay to play this online....

EDIT. nvm i see what he is saying about leveling but seriously I get about 100 credits a game and with six games a day 600 credits isint bad. You guys are also jumping to conclusions so fast... the game hasnt even been out for 24 hours and everyone hates ngmoco let them figure something out im sure they will. They also have much better customer support than dare i say it gameloft

You dont recieve 4 credits agame. you recieve around 70 if your good. As to the first part every time you recharge it resets your wait time so that will be probably 3 extra games. My fault on that i didnt add those. that is a substantial mistake. THats probably 3-5 more hours

have you even played the game? here is my rebuttal:
    "learn logic...

waiting for energy.. 1 game per 4 hours..
6 games a day.. <---- only if you are awake throughout the whole dang day.

    paying for credit..
975 credit (NO ITS POWER CELLS) for 30 USD
975 credit (NO ITS POWER CELLS) / 4 credits (NO ITS POWER CELLS) per game = 243 games which means .. 40.5 days worth of energy <------ how did u get 40.5 days? each game is threeish minutes. that is 731 minutes of playing time. Remind me how thats 40.5 days. I could blow through that in a week.

Option 1.. pay 30 USD for a 40.5 days head start
Option 2.. play every day for 40.5 days to get to the same spot.. <--- no you wouldnt by the time u get to 40.5 days option one would be way ahead of you

well if you want to progress nicely you do. In that you pay to be online AND progress. But I dont really mind as long as i can play.

you dont pay for it to be online but you do pay if you wont to actually play. DOnt be fooled by the price tag or lack of. The free gaming area gives you a portion of the game kind of like a demo. For the actual stuff in the game that makes it fun or if your actually good at the game you need to spend money. Trust me when i say this by the time your level 11 you will play the game less and less.

if i were ngmoco, i would just do this.

Free version that requires time to recharge.
Paid version that is $9.99 and has unlimited power cells.

    easy as that.

also, im not digging the control either, they need a touch to move/strafe. I dont like dragging my other thumb around the screen.

if it had offline that would be prudent but this is like unreal 3 they need some kind of sustained income in order to have a reason to keep servers up. A 10 dollar version with decreased cost in cell bundles now that would be the way to go so atleast they can retain customers.

keep it standard with upgrades until sentry. Then continue using standard until you can upgrade sentry a lot.

They will i just think the way they backtracked before and then did it anyway a year later seemed kind of fishy to me. They knew wht the public felt but they went with it anyways. I wont this game on the app store for a long time with dlc's and everything i just dont want to be scalped

Wait until you get very high in level and get sniper... upgrade the cloaking as much as possible you will be nearly invisible.
