i think the spots are pretty good for now because if it would be in the center someone will pick it up and kill everyoneon rail its in the main room and in flood too

An easy solution I see for the berserk shield situation would be the disposition of the power-up. Randomizing the spot for which the power-up would spawn is a good idea. But take it a step down and have it spawn within 3-4 or even more different places. Doing so would force the "campers" to move and search for the named item. As a result, these spawn hotspots for the item will most likely be battlegrounds, thus easily encountering the desperate campers and ensuing in a battle of skill rather than...yea. And if so that the item is present, then let it be. Since there will be at least 3 randomized set spawn points for the item, it will be a low chance for the campers to get it, and definitely not enough for them to have more kills than a more greatly skilled player. Not to mention the fact the the shield is still usable by all, not just the "camper." Completely randomized spawn points (meaning NO set positions where the item spawns) will be the hard code for ngmoco. I'm not saying that they won't, of course they will do what satisfies the player, they've proven that. But this method also loses out on the "hotspot battleground" benefit listed in the previous paragraph. The player will be unmotivated to seek out the shield, discouraging mobility and resorting to the second best power-up they have in mind. And so the process repeats; but obviously with less complaints. So I agree COMPLETE randomized spawn points are a decent idea, it is not worth the effort and in my opinion pales in comparison to VARIOUS randomized spawn points. Sure, some losses or wins might be caused by sheer luck rather skill at times, but that is the essence of gaming itself. No game has no randomized factor, which is the sole reason why it is fun. There is at least some random variable that will be present. Think for a bit and you'll see what I mean.
I dunno if you guys have seen this, but apparently you don't get charged energy if all the players leave a match, and still earn any credits you got before they did. Although looking at this screenshot, I didn't get any kills yet (the match was <15 seconds in), but still picked up 42 credits.
Yeah, with the 3 games I had remaining after that shot, I got lv23 by about 5 credits - so that was very useful!

May I Suggest http://www.wikidot.com/ instead of wikia? Wikia has way too many Ads and makes the Eliminate Wiki unpleasant to read, wikidot (IMO) is easier to work with and has less Ads (or no ads at all) All we have to do is Copy&Paste from Wikia to Wikidot Just Suggestin'!
I have over 40,000 of those god damn followers and it takes me literally 10 mins each time I load up eliminate. Ngmoco should implement a 'fck you all' button.
anyone else frustrated by going against people twice your level? the skill levels lists similar, but im at level 8... going against levels 12-15 minimum. I havent fought a sub 10 in my last 10 matches. its worse when I play unenergized, I go against 14+ everytime. The good news is I still manage to win 8/10 of these matches cause most people dont move around well. some of these people are so upgraded that they one shot me.
