I think i may be done EFP all bs aside, you and me are on the same page with the shield thing. I just lost bout 400 skill. You know how? I got shield bashed 32 times in 5 games. 32 times! Are you kidding? There comes a point in which i have to stop and... *grits teeth* agree with expandin lol, but this may just be a complete waste of time. I mean i have different reasons of course, but he may be correct. This game is no longer fun do to the fact that i did not make the "right" choice when it came to armor, and im not fast enough to avoid people who shield camp. I mean even my last game, i was like f this, ill just shield camp on his ass, i was already down 3-1 and there was no real coming back. So boom there goes my 9000 rating. Good job guys, keep up the shield bashing, im glad you have found a game that you can use to prove how feeble you all really are. Until this is fixed or i can accumulate enough creds to buy a fully maxxed infiltrator, you guys will have a little break from me. If you need me ill be in the lobby, collecting creds and playing with the people that i know, know what they are doing.
I agree. I was playing against 'player007' or something like that. I always destroy him, but this time it was a 1 on 1 in tank.... he kept going back and forth between shields. It was very annoying!
At least, if NG could explain us why it's better to let the shield as it is, i'd understand, but since there's no words from them, we can only rage about it :x NGMoco! Give us your opinion on the shield plz
I wish that the game costs like $7 and there was no such thing as energy. So you didn't have to wait for it to recharge.
After playing Nova I find it hard to go back to Eliminate, I want a fair battle one that is decided purely by skill and not by armor and weapon upgrades but that is just me
yep, agree.. although i'm not ditching Eliminate entirely yet. I just cut down on playing it,just decresed playtime with it. it still is nice
I think that's exactly what ngmoco fears... People 'cutting down' on playing or just ditching it completely. Cutting down on playing = not buying power cells. ngmoco will probably do the 120 second recharge thing again like they did when MW2 came out.
I just played nova and it's fun but the online is glitchy and it really doesn't require as much skill as eliminate. Graphics are sick tho
I find it easier than Eliminate, great graphics, but there's a lot of problem (i hate the weapon auto-swtich when i take a new one :x) and a lot of cheater (dead bodies killing living foes ) I'll play Nova here and then, but it's really nothing special the way it is now, Eliminate is still better imho
Yeah! it's the shields and rockets! Seriously, I dropped from 7600 skill down to low 6000 because of getting tank 8 times in a row with 2 guys that just run from one shield to the other and shoot so many rockets that I couldnt see the map on the screen anymore. Just ridiculous! I am only level 36 right now in infiltrator, but no matter which way I run, ..oh look! Another guy with a shield to bash me. Awesome!! ......NOT! And I wondered how a level 12 guy had 6000+ skill, oh wait, I see.. He has a cot and a kitchen set up next to the shields. He's set.
I stopped playing. Just got a 46" lcd tv and a ps3 for blu-ray, netflix and a few games. My iPhone will be used as my phone and casual gaming. Eliminate became annoying. I'm glad I dropped it.
