Besides nova this game is very far ahead of it's time IMO. I mean graphics, gameplay and customizations are all outstanding yet they can still all be improved upon. I don't have much time now but i'll return in a couple weeks or so. It's still too laggy to be competitive against the top players. I hope the controls get that update. But I'm slowly feeling the need for eliminate again. I would pay 50€ for a version with 40+ frames per second. It must be possible to unlink the gameplay fps from the speed and ping of others. The scrolling and lags are making it less controlable for me. I look at the gameplay videos on youtube and there is no comparison in smoothness to here in Germany. Tried it at 4 different locations all hundreds of miles apart and can't get the lag under control. Playing against Terrorist is impossible. I don't even get to see him 4 it of 10 times. The second advantage he has is enough to vap me with one shot before i get to see him. Playing like this is no fun. In NOVA my ping is at 100 and no lags. If only Eliminate had this smoothness and controls. The double tap to shoot anywhere should be kept though.
hey man im improving a little bit my only skill was 2.5k ~ 3k but now i will hit 4k wheheheebe i use vap + infil
maybe he needs to re install eliminate? because when im playing eliminate sometime i feel lag but mostly my 3G connection is good and now im thinking if im going to play using my router?
Hopefully it gets added! That + performance increase + more content and levels over time would make Eliminate THE perfect multiplayer FPS for iPhone.
Yeah, let's shield-bash NOVA now I think it's a good game still and the price absolutely reasonable. The single-player mode is outstanding but a little flat IMO. The graphics look great and I'm really surprised how smooth it runs. I would love to know what ngmoco thinks of NOVA.

I mean it's not a bad game at all. Its just that when I play decent players It just feels like I'm swapping kills. I shoot you, you shoot me, one of us has 10% health the other is dead. Dead guy respawns and kills off the last 10% and the cycle starts again. Maps are so huge and players run so slow that by the time you make it to a health ur dead anyways. And on the other hand u play noobs and it's just so fckin easy they're like a bunch of pawns running around aimlessley. There's no matchmaking or ability to go into matches with people you know, so it's like I get 10 kills and I'm bored. Idk when the match is endin idk if the guy I'm playin is a scrub or a pro, it just feels like the multiplayer was an afterthought. I love the single player though. Loads of fun there.
Hey, I've been hovering around this thread for a bit, and I see most of the top players go with Infiltrator + Vaporizer. Right now, I'm Rank 23. I'm using assault armor (everything at level 3 [two bars] exepct aquatics [level 2, one bar] and jump [no bars]), The Auto Rifle pretty far upgraded, but not maxed for my level, and a rocket launcher, which I've barley upgraded and don't use much. Should I change to Infiltarator? I'll get the Vap soon, but would it combo well with a good, upgraded Assault Armor? Is the Vap cheap to upgrad? And finally, is Infiltrator armor cheap to upgrade. Wow , à super New Problem. I have Lost Skills without playing. I have holidays and I don't Play. But I Lost Skills ( from 8691 down to 7899), how is that possible? Next Week I come back and get it back;-)
So you have the updated installed? It knows when you have holidays and reduces your skill level by 200 per day for not playing. JK Never happened to me.
To tell you the truth. If you can get good w/ strafing and using the auto-rifle it can get you pretty far. This is coming from someone with 8700 skill at level 45 so the auto-rifle and vap is a pretty good combo if youre good w/ both but, I rarely use the vap. PS Stick w/ Infiltrator armor since it has upgraded +TS so it will give you more damage.
