Because they are silly, players who want to drop their skill rank so they can have an easy fight against strangers, it's quite weak imo and something which ngmoco should look into stopping or slowing down at least.
Lol yea some people who drop their skill really low is too mess around. Idk what your skill level is at, but at above 8300 you basically play with the same people constantly because there is like very little people who can barely get over the skill of 5000 because all they can do is rocket spam.
