I was wanting to know what your favorite movie is. It tells a lot about a person, and I'm really bored, so I need something to watch. Preferably on Hulu, but anyway. What's your favorite movie? I'm not sure I have one, but if I had to pick, it'd be "When a Stranger Calls". Epic movie.
I don't know if I could pick one. Here's a list, in random order, of what I think are great movies. Fight Club Goodfellas The Curious Case of Benjamin Button(it's out now) The Departed Big Fish Sweeney Todd (yeah, I listed three directors two times each) I have a million more, but that's what's coming to mind. Goodfellas and Fight Club are probably my favorites.
Mine by far is The Dark Knight But FC and Goodfellas are both really good too. Fight Club is really, REALLY good
Don't really have 1 favorite. Here are some of the top of my head: The Bourne Ultimatim Quantum of Solace Iron Man Disaster Movie The Pink Panther 1 & 2 Oceans 11 , 12 , 13
my top 5 1.Peter Jacksons King Kong 2.Transformers (cant wait for the second) 3.Iron Man 4.Quantum of Solace 5.Star Trek (new one)
i can't remember my favorite movie my problem is that i watch a movie and say OK THAT'S MY FAVORITE MOVIE and then i watch another movie and i totally forget the first one and such is my life the one that sticks out to me the most out of recent movies is Wall-e i loved that movie
All my favorites are horrors and random comedies. Saw! Yay, that's what I'm watching next. Then I'll go for Saving Private Ryan and Forrest Gump. Odd combination, but hey.
OH I must add the FUNNIEST movie i've ever seen is Harold and Kumar: Escape from Guantanamo Bay omg i died in like every scene
Kung Fu Hustle probably is my fave. However, the action in Tom-Yum-Goong (The Protector) is the best of any movie, but the story line sucks, so that kicked it down a few notches. Honorable mention goes to the new Star Trek movie.
Star Wars Saga (especially original trilogy), Hotel Rwanda, and the Dark Knight are favorites of mine
1 visitor Q (japan) 2 irreversible (France) 3 inland empire (USA) 4 fear and loathing in las vegas (USA)
Wow this is almost harder than the favorite band question. I couldn't even answer in that one. Well first of all, I would have to split up into "comedy" and "everything else". Favorite comedy could probably be a thousand movies long, but if forced into picking just one overall I think Anchorman would be my favorite. As for everything else, hate to do the tie thing but it'd be a tie between Fight Club and Terminator 2. Ah crap somebody just mentioned Dark Knight. Ok, that too. Irreversible is probably one of the craziest and most f'ed up movies I've seen in my life. If you can hang with subtitles, I suggest checking it out. Sort of the same idea as Momento, where everything plays out in reverse.
I mentioned Fight Club too. I can't get enough of that movie, it's incredible. There's so many great quotes from it too: "Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy sh*t we don't need." and the famous "You are not your f***ing khakis."
My top movies (in no particular order): - American Beauty - Donnie Darko - Magnolia - Seven - Little Miss Sunshine - Fight Club - The Hours - A Clockwork Orange - Blow - Identity - There Will Be Blood
