p vs. z is the clear winner....fieldrunners is overrated and has nothing unique except being able to create your own terrain
plants vs zombie definitely. it differs from all of the rest, which each are completely generic copies of each other.
You should have excluded PvZ in this poll because there's no competition. Many of us waiting months for this game to come out on the iphone! My second favorite TD on the iphone would have to be GeoDefense by far. At first I didn't understand the game and kept dying in about 2-3 waves but then I realized that you need to use specific strategies to succeed which is genius. The retro graphics were amazing at the time (and still is) and it was only 99cents! Fantastic replay value and it's probably one of the best dollars i've ever spent on any purchase
Plants vs Zombies is a great game but I just don't consider it a traditional TD or anything like the other ones on the list. So in a way, it shouldn't have been included. Also, there are so many people that bought Plants vs Zombies because of the hype #1 status that have not even played a traditional TD. So they'll just obvious vote PvZ.
