Would you invite your friends to download an iPhone game you are playing, if the game gave you in-game virtual currency or virtual items in exchange for the invites? Through Facebook connect? Twitter? Emails?
now ive never played one to confirm this so correct me if i'm wrong, but isn't that what like Mafia Wars, and other crappy "wars" games do?
