Hot damn. That's looking like it's come together really nicely. The controls look really good, and the contextual buttons make it a lot easier to grok the UI. Yeah, this goes on my instabuy list. They said fall of 2009 though, so I guess we're looking at late September and beyond.

That doesnt explain Gameloft's twitter, there is no information on when this video was filmed (maybe it was filmed a month ago but just uploaded), and how can you be certain that the guy is true? Maybe Gameloft didnt want to release and actual release date, so they just told him it would be in fall.
Yeah, maybe so. I hope. He's right, there really is no way to tell when the filmed it, could've been June or July. Who knows. And I want to know what they're considering "Fall".

lol well nfl 2010 was really unexpected. Well i guess gameloft needs a beating like apple with minigore. But i think ill let this one go. Gameloft is making decent gamesXD
Yeah, Gameloft stepped it up, just like T-Mobile. T-Mobile got the G1 and MyTouch 3G, Gameloft is making Gang$tar and Modern Combat: Sandstorm. I want those to come fast!!!

yea but people are saying this is COD for the iphone. Thats just ridiculous. All because a game looks like something doesnt mean it plays like it. And there comparing livefire to halo. Thats also stupid. No game will be like Halo.
Personally I don't think it looks like cod at all. People are just saying that ecause it's a modern day fps. To me it seems to be an exact replica of the free pc game combat arms. Look up screenshots and you'll know what I mean
