Easy: close those apps ans don't open them until you set the date correctly. They won't notice the change I've read somewhere (I think it was here in this thread, and published by the dev) that you have to do the date trick every time you reboot your phone. I have a 4S with iOS 7.0.6 and I have to do it every time I reboot the phone. The problem is that to play memory-intensive games (Asphalt 8, Real Racing 3, etc.) I find myself rebooting the phone quite often, much more than with iOS 6.
GBA4ios #and Mobilemail Hi there, I installed GBA4ios v2, no problems. did the date thing to run the program then I then decided that there were actually no games i wanted to play, so i deleted it (held the icon until it wobbled and touched the little grey x) BUT... now mobilemail.app is constantly running (hidden) in the background. It dosen't come up in the multitasking thing where you get to swipe between apps. It is just shown in other programs which show which apps are running. does anybody know how to remove GBA4ios or stop this from happening? (just for clarification.... When i run igameguardian it shows that mobilemail is running, when i press the home button twice to switch apps it shows nothing is running. ) I have deleted the 'extra profile' thing that it installs, but still having the problem tried rebooting, no luck, tried starting and closing the mail program, no luck tried deleting my mail profile, no luck... Running ios 7, Ipad 3 Sounds as if everything i type is being sent to china....
Seems fine for me. If you're still worried then just install your last backup? People do backup their device before installing an app like this just in case? Quickly googling this. It's not running in the background ? Settings/general/background app refresh , is it showing there? Other people has the same problem but it was nothing to do with this gba app
As much as I would love being able to play a GBA emulator on my iPhone, I was too worried about this possibility as well. Simply did a fresh restore from iTunes since I had to update to 7.0.6 anyhow.
no... i have all background app refresh off, to save battery When i run igameguardian it shows that mobilemail is running, when i the press the home button twice to switch apps it shows nothing is running. :-( I think i will format my ipad :-(
I have used iExplorer to open the app and install Mother 3. I've also used it to delete games since you are unable to delete within the app. I not tried to install a game in progress though. Theoretically, I would think it would work. But iExplorer has no problems installing and deleting and the installed games work fine.
hi can anyone tell me if there is a possible way to transfer the .sgm save game to .sav or another type of save like .sg2 or any other. Because i want to use it in my computer like VBA.
I was able to import an old save by a round about way. I started by making a new save in app, syncing to dropbox, and then renaming my old save with the name of the new save in dropbox and replacing the new save with the old save renamed. It was slightly less complicated than it sounds when I try to explain.
You can delete a game within GBA4IOS by swiping the game's name (in the menu) to the left. It reveals a delete button. But you can also add / delete games using an app like iPhone Explorer.
Can NDS4ios be installed while GBA4ios 2.0 is installed? In other words, can both be installed at the same time? Also, does snes4ios or sios work under iOS 7.0.6? Can either be installed alongside GBA4ios 2.0 as well? Thanks.
I just read his tweet that says emu4ios is down due to too much traffic, but should be back up within a day.
