I'm getting really annoyed by some advertising people advertising in other levels. For example Benjaminstrike. He is advertising in all of the featured levels i can find. And he is commenting multiple times same message in one level. Robtop can you do something for those spamming advertsing people in gd? Its very frustrating to see the same msg in every single map -Veeti
Cocos2d-x: http://www.cocos2d-x.org/ I will go through and try to delete advertising comments. I will re-enable the option that lets map creators delete comments on their levels in update 1.8. I disabled it earlier because some creators were deleting comments about secret ways etc. But thats no longer a problem
I really done have a problem with it and I don't see why you would either. It's just something that happens in the real world anyway. And I don't see why you would mind people just trying to et the word out about their levels. In fact, I was the one who found cheese tiger and got him popular. SEEING his comment in a level!
Yea i dont usually have a problem with advertising. But this benjaminstrike guy is spamming everywhere multiple times... i checked the level he was advertising for. It wasnt bad but there was a hidden road :/ sure everyone can continue advertising but they dont need to get ridiculous. but everybody has their own opinion and i respect everone's.
I don't mind it either because every once in a while there is actually a good level. The problem with even if it is a great level people go and dislike them without even playing it just because advertisin. And the spamming I don't care too much about. Its just people trying to get their levels out. Usually only known creators get their levels liked. And yeah that benjaminstrik guy made me mad one time because his level arisen was originally a copy of my featured level electron theory I spammed him to delete it. He did and he made a completely different level.
And robtop you should add a feature that tells you who copied your level and link their name so we could see their levels.
i dont mind advertising at all, but benjamistrikes ONLY on my levels hes posted about THE SAME LEVEL about 30 or so times.... and ive only created 7 featured maps....

ID: 1245490 People seem to get mad at me for making so many levels with same style? My levels are actually a series of levels all with different songs and musical terms as name. That's why the design is alike for every map. Just like the Eco, Shadow and Dynamic-series.
Hey RobTop. I just posted Etude, and now I was gonna try it. Suddenly it was really short but it says that it's long? Almost everything got deleted in the upload? What can I do?
