Thats strange, did a quick google of the problem, and it looks like if you try to download it again, it will say you already own this. Then it will let you review seems to be a bug with iTunes... http://forums.macrumors.com/archive/index.php/t-691093.html
i tried it again, and guess what... IT WORKED!!! i did exactly what you told me to do and it let me write the review this is my review Stars: 5 Review: This game is a great 2.5D motorcross game! It is a great/addictive time killer. This game is way better than Trials Extreme 2!! The level editor tops it all off as one of my favorite games of all time!!! Definitely an insta-buy!!!!!
I tried reviewing the free game again after lunch and it worked just fine. I also downloaded the Pro version and I'm getting the same notice about needing to purchase and download the game before I can rate it.
Five stars Not bad It's kinda fun, I liked it more than I expected. Minor improvements to the game and this app might be a hit.

Your goal is to reach each level end in the possible shortest time, but it's not so easy. The controls are ok with a little practicing.
