It's more fun to talk to them in a game, plus graal is kinda like it's own IM software in itself. Why would you go AFK in a game? We all have reasons.

It takes a lot of time to press the restore button & to re-decorate the whole room all over again whenever a piece of furniture gets stuck...Well anyways, I kind of like the Valentine's day items & furniture =]. One girl thought it was a real player and kept yelling at me that it was an admin. She danced everytime it said to dance if you love scubamania. I gotta ask, what the hell is scubamania?
Good game, though the customer support is terrible. It took the manager almost 2 months to transfer my account. At least he did it right, I have heard a lot of people saying he did it wrong even with specific instructions.(ipod account to new iPod not to iPad etc) also, I purchased many gralats packs back sometime in June/July, and only received a few of them. I emailed them many times for a few months, until finally giving up. They completely ignored me. It has been almost 6 months now and I have not receieved a response. I complained to apple, and they told me to email the company at something like support.eurocenter.fr. I did, and it has been almost a week and I have not recieved a response, yet I received a response from apple within 24 hours. I will give them another week possibly, and if they still don't respond I will complain to apple again. I do not like being ripped off for $30+.
Wow, my friend said it took him a couple days, and my account transfer was almost overnight. Both of us got all of our stuff.
Go to http://graalmobile.blogspot.com and read their FAQ to see if you sent in your information correctly because I think you might've titled your subject differently than what they expected. So, that's probably why you haven't been getting responses. Or who knows...you might've spammed their inbox so they probably moved your email to their spam folder. Lols kidding .
