Still can't change the icon of Gridlee. Firstly, there is no [email protected] present, only Gridlee144.png and so on. iPhone Explorer won't let me copy the png file to my mac, however iFunbox will. Oddly, neither will let me copy my updated icon back to the Gridlee app folder.
Dude, stop begging people to PM you where to find rom's or you will get banned! And if it's "a new world" for you, i would do some research first before even thinking about doing this!
Played around with this and got a few games to work, but to be honest, the effort vs the usually imperfect emulation, I'm finding I'd rather spend my limited gaming time playing games made for iOS. For instance, I tried Star Wars arcade and the reticle moves really fast but the enemy ships do not making it nearly impossible to play). Yes, some work better than others. Playing on an iPhone screen doesn't help either. That said, I've backed this up to maybe play around with some other day if I'm really bored.
Yup, terminator 2 didn't work on imame, glad you can actually calibrate the gun here. Never realized how fast you lost health in that game, there's just no avoiding the shots. I'll be back.
ive scoured this thread and made notes, thanks to a few on here for the info i needed... killy and gw! you rock. does this work for neo-geo boards as well ? like if you copy the neo-geo bios to the roms folder like playchoice-10 bios, then i could play neo-geo games? was not sure how much could be played on here... and the speed hack everyone is talking about is that just a dipswitch setting in the menu?
Okay I just say that this is freaking awesome! You guys are so helpful and although I'm not new to the emu scene (been porting GB roms to my Nokia N85 back when Apple wasn't THAT cool) I had some problems with playchoice 10. I didn't get Super Mario World running at a decent speed, would love to get some help (speed hack sucked, using iPad 3) if anybody did it. There was one guy who said he loved having SMW 1 AND 2 and I wondered, I only found the SNES roms with the smc files which don't work on Gridlee, am I missing somthing? 2. Running smc files would be SWEET I'd love to play Super Metroid one of my favorite games of ALL TIMES! Did anybody get running other emu ports? I heard Neo-Geo how about a SEGA genesis? If I find the BIOS for that will it work? BTW If anybody is heaving problems with playchoice's 10 game's I think lurtz6 post (which I quoted) should be edited to the first or second post on this thread, just a quick thought. BZ
ok, this i cant load any roms whatsoever. can someone pm me how to get the roms to run? im not asking for roms
