I have no idea - but it seems to follow his format of submitting a zillion apps a day about "everything you wanted to know about ..... " whatever celebrity. The biggest difference is no photos, and it is only $.99... Hopefully Apple will shut this one down the same as the did Khalid. I hope it does not take as long...
Apple gave Kahlid the boot based on Kahlid's refusal to acknowledge or do anything about those apps of his which contained copyrighted material (images, mainly). Unless this SupaFan spammer's apps contain copyrighted material and he refuses to remove them, then I doubt Apple will do anything about it as they're not actually doing anything wrong. Just douchy, and unfortunately, douchebagginess doesn't violate any laws or rules.
Makes you wonder how many apps from indies are NOT being approved due to them looking over all the craps... Somehow seems unfair that someone can effectively Spam the App store, and thereby - by shear volume - get a much bigger share of apps being approved, and subsequently having the typicial individual apps waiting for weeks... Maybe they should have a policy of only accepting X number of apps / week / company or developer...
