LOL that's epic i love it. Tim man, i don't care about apple excuses, they are a rich company, they are under no financial troubles, they CAN and SHOULD hire american workers and do their job. Not only do developers PAY them to get the license to make apps for the iPhone but they take 30% of all the profits. Where is the money that i'm PAYING THEM going to?????. What excuse do they have to not have a person to even ANSWER an e-mail. Literally!, 30% of all the profits and they get to keep ALL the money if you didn't make at least 250 bucks a month. WHAT EXCUSE DO THEY HAVE TO IGNORE MY E-MAILS? It's so lame, last time they just mass approved EVERY SINGLE APP since they couldn't deal with all the apps. I think this was for the 4th of july or something, trying to pretend like they were making us a favor or something. Some of you guys might remember, it was a time where there were literally NO updates for anything and then from one day to the other a gazillion updates.

Why are we assuming the nationality of Apple's employees? Heck, why does it even matter? Apple's approval process is definitely in need of a refresh, but it gives us no right to spam them. I feel horrible about how long your update is taking, but a company the size of Apple quite frankly cannot worry about every individual because if they did it would be a mess. Also, iTunes connect was down for some time before the 4th. That was the reason so many updates came out at once.
So basically you are saying that if you buy a plasma TV from newegg.com, and they take 2 months to send it to you it's alright because it's a huge company and they can't worry about individuals. Man seriously, they keep 30% of all the profits and they don't even answer e-mails. how can you possibly defend them. I'm paying them for a service just like you would be paying newegg.com for a plasma TV, except i'm paying a lot more money than that.
First of all, I would think a new plasma TV is more than $100 Regardless, I can see where you are coming from, and you have a right to be angry. I just don't support promoting spamming Apple on a public forum.

I wasn't mocking your game sales... I was stating that $100 a year for the SDK is more than a Plasma TV. I'm sure most people who are looking to buy your game, or any game for that matter, have no concept of what is coming in updates and doesn't purchase the game because the update isn't out. I do feel sorry for you, but I feel you are going about this the wrong way. Thats my $.02.
Also, Javier, I have heavily backed you in the development of QC. I wrote up a full preview of it when no other site would, and have given you plenty of pointers to help make your game stand out. In no way am I try to backstab or ridicule you in public. I am just addressing the situation.

The $100 reference is obviously referring to your yearly developer account cost unless you are too dense to realize that. While it sucks to be in your position, you seem to think that Apple should do everything in their power to satisfy you. You are not the center of the universe, period. Don't be a cry baby. we fixed things up with STP_Tim through e-mails so it's all good. It's not spam, these are e-mails sent with a legitimate reason, sent to a single address that is there especifically to answer these questions we are asking.
