      How Can Fully Exit Apps In The New Os 4 Update ?
      Because When I Click Home The App Will Work In The BackGround , Is There Any Way That I Can Fully Shut Down The App Without Double Clicking Home And Entering The Task List

      Yes there is a way but it takes way longer to force quit than kill from the tray. I wish there was a kill all process but the device I have can handle tons of open apps without compromising performance.

      Try getting the the app called "system" it let's you refresh unused ram
