Hope this is the right forum for this. How do you guys gather feedback or support your users from your app? As far as I see it's usually e-mail (from a website). Actually, after we released our apps we found it wasn't that effective to get feedback this way, so we're creating an SDK that adds support, get feedback and brings people back into your app with an in-app support/feedback system. How it works in a nutshell - Produces surveys/polls based on user actions -e.g. if someone has/hasn't used a function 5 times, it activates a feedback form. Prioritize who to answer first - Recognise who is a loyal, repeat user or first time user so you can identify them and help them out faster Communicate inside your app inside of a separate website using push notifications to go into your in-app support page, this brings people back into your app I'm looking for feedback to see if this is something people want There's a bit more info and a sign up for the beta here :- http://getapplaud.com
