hey my iphone 4 is a beast, it once appeared in the American Gladiator remake, you might no her as Helga.
Hi, To the OP, when you include two links to Gizmodo, you lose a lot of credibility for your position. Everyone knows they are a bunch of vindictive whiners after the whole prototype fiasco. David
No, it's giving the information the public wants to the public. That's what journalism is. I'm sure you'd rather give total control of all the worlds newspapers and news stations to the government or something.
Hi, I am sure the Gizmodo guys will be comforted by your support if they are sent to prison for what you refer to as "good journalism". David
Aaaaaand there goes whatever vestige of masculinity you had left. Please leave your man card at the front desk and see the counsellor about coming to terms with life as a eunuch.
I'm not talking about morally good journalism, I'm talking about getting the job done. Giving the public what they want and in Gizmodo's case, getting the website hits. Journalism by it's very nature just screams for laws to be broken, I'm pretty sure trespassing is fairly non-stop in that line of business.
Hi, Now that is funny, what part of my post you quoted, made me a troll? MidianGTX, to your last post, apologies, I was talking of the real world where laws apply. David
Oh, I just chose to quote that one as it was the most recent, it was the succession of equally trollific posts that lead me to that conclusion.
Hi, Just discussing a point back and forth with another member makes me a troll? Or is it my position on the issue that I take? I am done anyways as a rational discussion was not warranted here, apologies. David
Bored now. Stop talking crap, there's a ton of rule-bending, law-breaking and dishonest deeds going on in the morally corrupt world of journalism. The stories don't just come to you, you have to go out and get them, and they're not all handed over willingly.
It was the strict postion you took on the issue that, if the law is broken, a person is automatically in the wrong. I need only point to the Founding Fathers of the United States to highlight that this is not always the case. Apple never want to release a single detail regarding new releases. The public always want to know. Gizmondo happen upon an iphone 4. They divulge information to the public. The only thing hurt in the process is Apple's precious little pride and need to keep every single detail of everything a secret. There does not appear to be anything morally wrong with what Gizmondo has done, if anything they did the right thing by sharing what they knew with as many people as possible. edit: and please note that I am referring to Gizmondo's actions, not those of the individual that found the iphone
Hi, Electric Shaman, any more discussion by me would take the discussion further off topic and frankly, I am bored. Have a nice day. David
