Well, my iPod Touch broke awhile back and I called Apple last Monday. They said they were going to ship me a box in 3-4 days. Well I got that box on Tuesday, packed up my iPod Touch and then looked at the box and thought... and thought... and thought... There are two stickers on the side of the box that have different Codes than the "Rip And Ship" label that Apple uses to have us send the box back. My question is: Do I take off those stickers? Nothing was mentioned in the instructions by them and truthfully, I don't feel like calling an Apple Expert, sounding like a retard saying, "Er... Do I take off these stickers?" Anyways, thanks for the help, it is mucho appreciated!
My advice: call apple anyway . . . or at least shoot them an email. You could also ask the question on apples support forums, or shoot them an email.
