I mean, It's the first two checkpoints, I'm sure they're going to get longer after the first level, otherwise it would just be stupid. But I definitely think that the person playing was being a bit more awkward than was necessary, I'm hoping that you can just tap anywhere on the screen to enter firing mode, sort of like how it worked in dead space. I feel like that would still work well, but I don't know how it would fit in with the cover mechanic. Overall, I'm not going to draw any definite conclusion about this other than that I'm buying it the second it hits the app store. Which I'm hoping will be this week, but will probably be next week.
There aren't different classes as far as I know. One of the devs said in an interview that the main character is basically all the classes rolled into one because he's been enhanced by Cerberus. So he has biotics, tech powers and all the weapons.
Let me clarify: I can easily find a boring and ugly 4 minutes of Uncharted 3. The score bit is a different story -- I would have preferred the levels to work more like the ones in Deep Space.
this seems like Mass Effect: Arcade more and more and apparently this guy has a under hand punch range of 10 meters judging from the video the first day of march just happens to be a thursday so it might be this week
I'm still hyped for it! Looks like the mechanics are different than dead space but that's probably to account for the faster paced fighting. Dead Space ios = Resident Evil style. I'm pretty hopeful the new system will work out because of how well the Dead Space title turned out. The video didn't show too much but I'm okay with it. The scoring breaks are okay because the level still "continues". It doesn't take you make to the main menu after each checkpoint like the level ended.

Looking like we have to wait another week... Just checked the release date of dead space and it was on the same day as dead space 2 for consoles. Although there is still a chance of a worldwide release...
I did check out the trailers before EA took them down. I think the game looks great and comparable to Dead space 2. I like the Hud and the differen't mechanics to the game. It's not just shooting with a gun. I believe this game is going to rock !!
what do you mean by comparable to Dead Space 2? That's a home console/PC game that has nothing to do with Mass Effect
Dead space (iOS) launched the same day as Dead space 2, so given that the publisher and developer are the same, I'm gonna expect the same strategy for when they're releasing the game. So 7th.
