    It is both ;) shoot guns rockets swing swords use spells/abilities build your character equip 16 character slots an 27 abilities .... Pretty nuts!

    Maybe post launch..(I have to release it some time ;).. ) It has arena mode to challenge other players over the internet through 3G or local wifi....

    The game picks up where Necromancer left, from a technical point of view. The first thing you will notice is the new interface, item management and equipping is now a breeze. The game also has a much more complex story, all with cutscenes and voiceover. Graphics are better and still getting better as we speak, retina display helps of course. The controls are great and looting is a lot of fun now, a lot of it has to do with the new interface that I previously mentionned. The developer has been listening to his customers and everything that wasn't great about Necromancer has been improved.

    You can make a difference, see something you don't like (or like!), share your thoughts on the blog, very few developers listen to their customers the way Ryan does, we are a handfull of testers and we had a great time communicating with him and making the game better.

    True, Ryan is the man! I wish I'd had more time to help test and just help out in any way possible. Oh well...I can certainly help Ryan by buying his game when it finally comes out and recommending it to all my friends. I know it's going to be amazing. :)

    Been in/out of surgery for the past few weeks, feels like I've been time traveling... and not in a good way. :eek:

    Glad to see updates on this, it's at the top of my long-term wish list! :D

    That is the armory!.. I am not done adding in weapons and it will update as I go but not to bad.. LOTS of weapons to play with =).. and more coming!

    Again it is in progress and none of the art is done.. you can see lots of issues in there.. a work in progress =)..

    Great work! I really enjoyed Necromancer Rising, so seeing that this will be "10x as good," I'm extremely excited! Keep it up!

    Some new test videos.. nothing close to finished nor did I spend a month glossing over anything like big houses do.. I just wanted more video of where things are going.. ;)

    Again not close to done.. things I noticed.. bots not using abilities right now.. just weapons testing a lot of weapons you can see here..

    Yes the cam shake has been disabled on that gun I need to fix that!.. =)

    Here are a few.. I still have details to finish ie the shields not showing armor level.. =) And these are all level 0 items... their stats increas in level ... all of them only start dropping on certain levels..

    Well the item screen is only showing 1/3 of the items... I will fix it tomorrow =)

    Maybe you could change or remove that robot-voice. I think it would become annoying after several hours of gameplay.

    Seal Cataclysm: not totally done but a nice demo of just how powerful you can get... and yes you can bring all this into the arena and fight other players! =)

    That is just debug stuff.. it goes away.. Only robots sound like robots.. and the robots go away =)..plus the taunts need to be toned down to not sound off so much =)
