No offense meant but what I type ahead: Perhaps people just don't find this method of procuring a promo code as fun as you do. It seems a bit of a hassle to get something that they may or may not like and then be expected to review on top of the investment of time spent trying, waiting, hopefully winning tand then hopefully liking and reviewing the product. In short, you may be asking people to invest far too much time for something that does not necessarily benefit them on the happen chance that they might get rewarded. With the effort they put towards this one thread, they could secure several other promo codes from other developers in the same amount of time with far less invested time. Mind you I am not speaking on the quality of your game, just that for some the investment of attention and time in general may not be worth the reward, especially when people have so many other things going on at this particular time of the year... At least that is just my limited opinion on the matter. In short, this is probably not the best time of the year to run a type of contest like this and expect it to be moving fast. Any other time of the year this may work and several hundred posts would [probably] have been made in several days, but with Christmas, what I call Christmas recovery, New Years and then New Years recovery around the corner, I wouldn't expect many people to hover around these boards nor be that eager to participate in a contest like this. Besides people just want codes, they don't really want to jump through hoops to get them. I may be very out of touch and wrong but that is just my observation and two cents...
hello bool zero i understand your point and i appreciate your thoughts, but i'm not expecting anything from anyone. i just want the playing field to be even for everyone. in many other posts, its first-come first-serve on free promo codes and whoever happens to be online at the time they come out gets them. with this method there is more on an element of fairness and fun. i don't think it's asking very much to simply post a random comment on a thread.
I would love a promo code to a great game.... Hence why I keep posting here, but at this rate the TC will be the 25th poster, hehe!
