Meh, in some ways, it's the first legitimate AAA title to be released on the 3DS. And i should know, because I've already purchased 6 games. I think Splinter Cell 3D is fairly underrated, but this is the biggest release by far. I think we'll have to wait for Resident Evil Revelations and Metal Gear Solid to see what the 3DS is really capable of. Until then, this is the closest we're going to get to a game that comes reasonably close to maximizing the system's potential. If not for that fact, I wouldn't even consider it. I don't get Zelda, or basically any other first-party Nintendo franchise. Not a single one of them does anything for me. I'll probably buy it, but only because I want a piece of the best that the 3DS have to offer.

No, some people say we would just get posters since Canada is getting that as well but I don't know. At least we get the soundtrack, and that's kinda cool I guess.
I got a 3ds with all my birthday money and I got 20 or 25 $ for the eShop so I have a few games for it. Excitebike- Alright, not my favorite because I'm not good at it haha Get it while it's free though. Pokedex 3D- Not much to do in it because, well it's just a Pokedex but oh well its free... Super Mario Land- Well... it's Mario. 'nuff said Puzzle League Express- Great game, if you ever played Pokemon Puzzle Leauge, it's the same without the Pokemon Skin. Mario vs. Donkey Kong- Fun game, makes you think. And last but, definitely not least, TLoZ Links Awakening DX- Great game, played through about half of it, but I've played a good 10-15 hours (it's summer, and I don't need to do anything) I've had to use a walkthrough for some of it but, it is a GREAT GAME! I also like the joystick/analog stick/what-ever-you-want-to-call-it. It has made Mario 64 DS a lot more enjoyable for me, even though it still only does the 8-directions. ... Now I just have to get an actual 3ds game. Waiting for Zelda: Oot so I have to suffer through this week. D:
Honestly considering shelling out the money for a 3DS and OOT. Target has a pretty good deal this Sunday ($25 giftcard + 3DS, OOT + another 3ds game for 50% off). Really wanted to wait a few months, but what the heck. My DS is messed up anyways 'cause of my step dad, so he kinda owes me.. hehehehehe....

Same here. First 3DS game.. unfortunately, I have to go to work 12:30. Picking up the game when it opens 12pm (Gamestop) then straight to work. I think I heard Pokemon Scramble (?) is coming to the 3DS so I'm excited for that. Super Smash Bros., Star Fox, Mario Kart, and Kid Icarus should be awesome when released. Maybe a Pokemon Grey 3D?
