Just thought about something, is Plus like even moderated? I bet you I could put a pornographic image as my icon and like I probably wouldn't get banned or anything...
LOL I don't plan on doing so, but I'm just trying to make a point. I don't think Plus+ has a lot of moderation, I don't really think they need a lot of it anyways since there is no chat feature, etc.
The only people who can see your custom icon are your friends, and they can unfriend you if they don't like it

There's a 'Report' button, so if one of your friends saw it and didn't like it, they would report you.
