They haven't told me anything you guys haven't also seen since the community day, so everything I'm saying is based on my own personal guesswork. They must have beta testers of some sort, but I'm not actually sure how they're planning on testing server load.
It says that it isnt in the app store review (that parts crossed off) but instead its in final development...
Well, even so, you can clearly tell by NGMOCOs twitter account that it is not done yet. If you follow the twitter I dont see how these others sites could throw you off, as the tweets are directly from the mouth of the devs. http://twitter.com/NGMoco (for anyone who is not currently following)
The guys are still working on RC3. So no, it hasn't been submitted yet. But trust me, we're all as eager to see Eliminate submit as you are. --MJ
Apologies for going a little off topic here but, Touch Pets was on RC 3 when Eliminate was on RC 1. So is it safe to say that Touch Pets will be submitted any day now if it hasn't been submitted already?
Can't wait to play death matches on the road How many RC will there be made before the final release?
It's unclear. I think kmacleod may have already stated this, but basically we play a whole bunch of each release candidate until we find something that needs fixing. Fix it. Then play the new RC until something comes up. I believe it typically takes 3 - 5 revisions before submission. --MJ
Looks like TPD is on RC5. I've been out of the office, so I'm not on the pulse of whether we're close to submission. --MJ
But RC means that there will be no additions or changes to the current features right? It's means you are finalizing and debugging in order to submit the app but the functionality has reached its final state?
A price and release have not been announced. Believe me, when the public know, you'll be sure to hear about it from every iPhone gaming outlet.
Cool, great to hear it is so far along I'm curious; has there been any major additions or subtractions to the game (that you're willing to talk about) since the build we played on the community day, or is the game basically the same as it was then from an end-user standpoint?
More like we can expect them to submit the game to Apple within a week or two, and we can expect them to take 2 or 3 weeks approving it. The game is realistically probably going to be a month and change away.
Will it really be another 6 weeks before both these games are released. Thats late November wow. Thanks MJ just ready for both these games too come out but do know you guys have worked hard.
