Relax, it is just some thread on a website, nobody is going to force you to do it It is very much online - the game is designed around being strictly an online deathmatch shooter, and the offline mode is just there for practice. There will only be one DLC announced at this time, and it is an energy pack that allows you to earn more credits and points while playing online. It doesn't give you these points, it just lets you earn them by playing more often. It has been submitted but not approved yet.
voice chat? Okay i've been following eliminate and following the thread constantly but I still have a question. Is there going to be voice chat? I'm assuming no because the servers are already going to be pushed to the limit with it being free.

One being that it would raise the rating to 17+, another being that it would cause huge strain on the servers, and the last one being that it isn't really necessary to a game with 3 minute 4-person rounds and no teams..

Whoa. This thread is moving so fast. I missed the other post by Allen which confirmed it'll play as a full version only But this just doesn't add up. Why would u give up $6+ per sale for ads. Dlc is there just for energy and sure it'll get then some revenue but still. Guess we'll find out soon enough if it turns out to be an epic move in AppStore or not.
