I'm confused how this will work. If you run out of credits you have to wait a while before you can play again?
Lots of info on the first post of this thread. I recommend watching our "training video"! http://eliminate.ngmoco.com/
No, your talking about energy. If you run out of energy, you can play still but you can't get credits. Energy takes 90 minutes to recharge
It can get kinda confusing, here is how it works: Credits are the in-game currency used to upgrade weapons and armor. You earn credits by winning matches that are played while you have an energized suit. Every match depletes the energy in your suit. When your suit is out of energy, you don't earn credits. You can get more energy for your suit every 90 minutes for free, or you can buy energy packs as DLC.
you have energy which is recharged every 90 minutes. You can still play if you run out of energy, but you won't be able to earn credits. If you don't want to wait a bit to earn credits, you can purchase batteries via DLC. EDIT: Funny how every time someone asks a question, 5+ people respond with basically the same answer. 2nd EDIT: ZOMG 4 WHOLE MINUTES OF NO POSTS SINCE THE ANNOUNCEMENT; NEW RECORD!!!!!1!!1
I'm guessing this will be a gameplay trailer and they'll release it after they find out that it's been approved.
Are the devs gonna release armor and weapon DLC or will that be free via updates because I need to know if I have to get another iTunes card. I hope they just keep the energy boosts as the only DLC and the new weapons and armor are free updates.
Back when they were planning on charging for the app, they said this was still up in the air. They said they wanted to support the app with free updates, but that paid updates were also being tossed around. Basically, if Eliminate is successful, their plan is to add a bunch of new things to it over time, and how these new things would be incorporated was undecided.
It uses your Plus+ name, so everyone should probably go download Topple 2 Plus, Maze Finger Plus, Dr Awesome Plus, Or Star Defense Prelude for free so you can set up an account. Also, they're pretty good games on their own
Yeah. I still haven't downloaded the last 3 games you mentioned. Gotta clear some space on my iPhone/iPods. It's probably a smart move to delete everything since this is will all I'll play.
That was changed recently, according to the publications who saw it on the press day. MJ said in this thread at some point that what was seen on the press day is still valid, so we can take it that 90 minutes is the currently decided time.
