Ugh, I really hope the devs send the 3.0 compatability update soon, the game lags when the pieces drop and crashes like almost every 1 out of 2 battles. Pretty much unplayable on 3.0

This game is great, probably my all time fav for the iPod. It'd be a shame to see the devs just quit on it. I want to start playing it again but it's pretty much impossible. *sigh*

Just recently bought Defender Chronicles so hopefully that'll keep me busy enough..

YES! It now supports 3.0 software! I was about to delete it, thinking they wouldn't update it.

 

So this means it isn't abandoned at least. I loved the lite but I want to wait until all three chapters are released together as one app. Any news on the
3rd chapter or is this just another case of a promised update never coming?

 

Does anyone know when chapter 3 is coming out? I want to buy the game but I don't was to buy chapter 1&2, then have to spend more money when Chapter1,2&3 come out together. It really sucks how these 3 chapters are coming out at different times.

Chapter 2 was a free update to Chapter 1 and was basically added to the game. They both occupy 1 icon on your iphone screen. I am sure Chapter 3 will be the same once sales start to go down - it will get more people to buy the game again.

Puzzle Quest is one of my favourite games but sadly it's become unplayable on my device due to a bug.

Basically, the game crashes whenever I'm in a battle and the enemy launches a spell. I've tried abandoning quests, I've reset my iPod when it happens, but it still occurs every time. I don't want to delete the game and reinstall or restart the whole game over because I'd lose hours of progress but I may have to do this if I ever want to play it again - but even thouggh I don't know if the same bug will crop up again. It's very annoying!

 

So...

If someone just buys Chapter 1, can they still get the free update to Chapter 2? Or did they take that away?

 

Chapter 1 & 2 are published as one game, as the latter was added in a free update.

From the App store, with Chapter 1 having essentially no reviews - I would imagine that any updates - other chapters, etc would NOT show up on this. It would be the perfect thing if it would work to save a few dollars... They probably have the name different, or something to make it unique in the App store so it would be updated separately. Good thought though drelbs..

 

They should release the next chapter... This is favoured game when I am on the train.

I can't wait for the triology to come out. I've been waiting for ever to buy this game. I think I've played the free version 20 times.

Price drop just a few minutes ago, that's a good sign...

 

I can only hope that the price drop is followed by a new release.

 

So if #2 was added as a free update to those who originally bought #1, will #3 (if it ever gets released) be possibly free to those who get the 1+2 bundle?
