No it's OK, just trying to get to the bottom of it. It sounds like the settings save file got changed or corrupted somehow perhaps. Normally that sort of reset nly happens if the version of the setting format changes, and well, it shouldn't have, heh. Could it have been altered due to an iTunes backup or something, older version copied back to the device?

How have you guys managed to get so many ultra hats and re-rolls already? I have logged more than ten hours and have only levelled one gnomey to 100 and haven't earned enough coins to re-roll once.

I just voted this in for game of the week, and it was the easiest vote I will ever cast. In fact, I would vote it in for game of the year. I've been proud to be an iOS gamer, especially as of late with my addiction to Shellrazer, which was then followed by the addition of arguably the greatest ship ever, the Trinity, to Phoenix HD, and of course Apocalypse Max, which showcases just how beautiful platforming can really be. But this game, this little gem of perfection that has me hooked worse than heroin... THIS is how it should be done my friends.
Same. Voted. Anyon else having issues with achievements not being achieved? I received my first ultra hat from Gnomey, and the corresponding achievement hasn't been awarded. Same goes with the achievement for getting 3 power ups in one game. Anyhow, how do you find out what attributes an ultra hat has?
Anyone else having major gamecenter issues? I racked up a 199,000 score yesterday, good enough for top 20, logged in today, and saw GC upload one of my really old scores. Went from 199,000 down to like 77,000... Nothing seemed to fix it except beating my old highscore AGAIN and then letting GC submit. It's been doing this a lot and is killing some of the fun of score competition. Game is still incredibly awesome though.
Yes I've got the the same problem and it's annoying Edit: i just noticed that I'm having the same problem with some other Apps, so maybe it's not working because of Game Center
6 times already? And how many more ultra hats do you have? How much time do you spend playing the game? Coz i want that may rerolls as of this point and start collecting some cool ultras.
Yeap, did it again. It keeps submitting the most current score, not the highest. So if i play, die, then check GC, it will submit that score and overwrite all my hard, nerdy work. (Overwrite highest score i've attained) With a game built around score chasing, this a major killjoy. I'm on iphone 4 IOS6 btw.
Yeah, just happened to me too. I was about to come and brag about how iOS 6 sucks and my 5.1.1 is awesome too, hehe. For me though, there's a clear reason it happened. If I leave the game running on the task bar for any length of time (I'm talking hours here) and then come back to it, it will hang on a black screen for a little while and then come up with the splash screen, no matter where I was previously. Now, looking through my stats it seems the high scores were saved (or at least the highest combo was, it says 128 in-game but 92 on GameCenter; top score isn't showing up in Punch Stats). Kinda a bummer too, since I was in the top 20 and decently above all my GC buddies.
I will look into the score thing guys, but it makes no sense that submitting a lower score would trump a higher one... Game Center would be totally borked then every time you played. There's no way to delete a high score or force it to show an older/lower one, so this must be a GC/Apple-related issue. Still, will look into it and see if there's something that can be done.
Agreed! A lot of the quests and achievements are "Do X to specific enemy type" and half the time I have no idea what it even looks like.
